Dr. Hsiao Wen Huang is a Senior Technical Support Scientist at Synbio Tech Inc., Taiwan. She specializes in the research and development of probiotics and postbiotics targeting the gut–organ axis, with applications in kidney health, metabolic wellness, muscle strength, and healthy aging. Her work integrates multi-omics approaches to elucidate host–microbe interactions and translate these insights into functional food and health solutions. With experience spanning academic research and industrial innovation, Dr. Huang focuses on advancing lactic acid bacteria as next-generation probiotics and postbiotics to address human and animal health challenges and expand opportunities for developing innovative functional foods.
