For Oral Presentations
Presentation Format Requirements
Please prepare your slide in following format:
- The slide size is 16:9 ratio.
- Preferred files in MS-PowerPoint 2019 (*.ppt and *.pptx)
Submission Process
- Do not email your presentation
- Bring your presentation on a USB flash drive to the session room.
- Important: Submit your presentation at least 1 hours before your scheduled session.
- We recommend testing your presentation in the session room to ensure everything displays correctly
- Due to hardware and technical setup requirements, all presenters are required to use the computer provided by the conference for their presentations.
- Personal laptops cannot be used during the session.
Presentation Durations
- 90 minutes for each Session, with 6 presenters in one session.
- Depending on the session arrangement, each presenter is allocated a different presentation — 30, 20, 16, or 12 minutes (include Q&A).
- Please carefully check the program schedule for your assigned time.
- Please come to the session room 10 minutes before the session starts in order to meet up with session chair and perform a quick check of all presentation material.
- All presenters are required to attend the entire session to avoid missing their presentation.
Timekeeping Rules
- At 5 minutes remaining: one short chime accompanied by a 5 mins left sign.
- At 3 minutes remaining: another one short chime accompanied by a 3 mins left sign.
- At time up: one long chime accompanied by a time-up sign.

Poster Presentation Requirements
Mandatory Poster Attendance:
All poster presenters must be present at their posters during the dedicated presentation times (15:00–16:00) on November 19 (Wed) and November 20 (Thu).
Optional Additional Times:
- Presenters are encouraged to be available during the morning break (10:30–11:00).
- During these dedicated times, conference participants will be directed to visit the poster area, providing maximum visibility for your research.
- When not at your poster, consider leaving a printed copy of your abstract, a business card, or a QR code linking to additional research information.
Poster Format Requirements
- Poster board dimensions: 100 cm (W) × 200 cm (H)
- Recommended poster size: Maximum 90 cm (W) × 120 cm (H)
- Mounting materials: Adhesive tape will be provided on-site.
- Paste, glue, thumbtacks, and staples are not permitted.
- Language: All posters must be in English.
- Text size: Use large font sizes (20 pt or larger) for main text, and even larger fonts for headings.
- Header: Include your paper title, authors’ names, and affiliations centered at the top.
- Additional materials: Consider providing printed copies of your one-page abstract with a QR code or link for interested participants.
