To encourage research and development in the probiotics industry and accelerate new product innovation, the Taiwan Association for Lactic Acid Bacteria (TALAB) has officially launched the Innovation Product Competition. We welcome all eligible products and project developers to apply!

1. Products are not limited by place of production or market launch location.
2. The product must be related to probiotics.
3. Only products launched after September 30, 2023 are eligible.

How to Apply

• Submit the following by August 19, 2025:
  • 5 printed copies of the application form (👉 Download the form )
  • 10 physical units of the new product
• A registration fee of TWD 6,000 (≒US$ 181) per product is required.
• A deposit of TWD 50,000 (≒US$ 1,515) per product must also be submitted.

  (This deposit will be fully refunded if the product does not receive an award, regardless of membership status.)
