About the Speaker
Prof. Jinzhong Xiao is graduated from Southern China Agricultural University and completed his PhD at Nagoya University in Japan. After a research career at RIKEN in Japan, he joined Morinaga Milk Industry in 1995. He has carried out many projects in basic research, functional research and product applications relating to gut microbiota and Bifidobacterium, and has published over 150 articles in this area.
