It has come to our attention that some participants have received emails from external sources using participation in ACLAB 15 as a reason to inquire about accommodation and travel plans. These messages may contain misleading information, and are not sent by the ACLAB 15 Organizing Committee.

Please be aware that ACLAB 15 will NOT assist participants in booking hotels, flights, or insurance.

All official accommodation information listed on the MedInfo 2025 website is provided solely for reference. These links or booking forms direct you to the official hotels, and attendees must ensure they make their own reservations directly with the hotels.

We recommend that participants exercise caution when receiving unsolicited emails requesting personal information, travel details, or payment—unless they come from organizations or contacts you have personally and knowingly engaged with.

The official email domain used by the ACLAB 15 Secretariat is "@aclab15.org", the scam  may comes up as "@aclab15.orq", which with or"q" instead of or"g". Please ensure that any communications you receive regarding the congress originate from this domain.
